Every Wayfare Studio release and what it brings. The newest is at the top; all files are on GitHub.
0.2.0
Released on 18 October 2026. Claude now lives inside the app, also with your Claude subscription, and the 3D route got real models and your own photos.
Claude panel in the studio: say what you want, Claude edits with the app's own tools, and you undo any step with ⌘Z.
Claude works with your Claude subscription (Pro or Max) through Claude Code on your computer, no API key needed, or with an API key.
Simple mode with plain language and a single export button.
Frictionless first run: on the Mac its own window instead of a browser tab; drag clips into it or import them straight from a card.
Tracking crop, stabilisation for shaky clips and search by what's in your clips.
Publish straight to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, trips organised by day, and a phone companion.
3D route with real vehicle models, landmark statues and routes along roads, rail and between airports; a calm camera, shadows, arcing flights and night.
3D route with your own place photos and travellers' faces with names.
Review no longer brightens night and dark interiors, and shots follow the local clock.
Feedback from the app: tell us what to fix or add from the ⋯ menu or when an export finishes.
The timeline keeps track names while you scroll, and the 3D route's frosted glass now works in the Mac window too.
Open the downloaded file and drag Wayfare Studio into Applications.
First time: open the app. The Mac stops it with a warning that it can’t be verified (the app isn’t notarized with Apple yet). Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, click “Open Anyway” at the bottom and confirm. From then on it opens normally. On older macOS, right-click → Open is enough.
Wayfare Studio opens in its own window. Drop your clips onto it — it makes the project for you.
Prefer no warning? Paste this into Terminal (Applications → Utilities) instead:
